Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 June 2026
Short version: AmAzE Uptime checks websites and endpoints that you add and alerts you when they go down or an SSL certificate is about to expire. You may only monitor URLs you own or are authorised to test. The service is provided as-is - don't rely on it as your only safeguard. Payments are handled by Mollie, and Dutch law applies.
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and AmAzE Security B.V. ("AmAzE", "we", "us"), a company registered in the Netherlands (KVK 96015136). They govern your use of AmAzE Uptime at uptime.amaze-apps.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
AmAzE Uptime periodically checks the websites and endpoints you configure, records the results, and notifies you of outages and SSL-certificate expiry through dashboards, status pages and alerts. The accuracy and timing of checks and alerts depend on networks and third parties outside our control.
3. Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You confirm that you own, or are authorised to monitor, every URL and endpoint you add. You must not use the Service to perform denial-of-service or load testing against systems you are not authorised to test, to probe or attack third-party systems, or for any unlawful purpose. You must keep your check frequency reasonable and respect the target systems you monitor.
4. Plans and payment
The Service offers a free plan and paid plans billed through our payment provider, Mollie. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by mandatory consumer law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change with notice.
5. Data and privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Availability and no warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Monitoring is best-effort: checks or alerts may be delayed or missed, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is a helpful safeguard, not a guarantee of uptime, and should not be your only line of defence.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AmAzE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for any downtime of your systems, or for missed or delayed alerts. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including mandatory consumer-protection rules.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or where required by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
