Are there any hidden fees?
No. The listed price is everything. No setup fees, no per-alert fees, no data-retention paywalls, no usage-based billing surprises. Three flat monthly prices, that's it.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrade instantly - the new plan activates immediately. Downgrade or cancel at any time - the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No penalties, no minimum terms.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed by Mollie, a Dutch payment processor. Accepted methods include iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), SEPA Direct Debit, and other European payment methods.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account drops to the free tier - your monitors, history, and settings remain intact. Nothing is deleted. If you want your account fully removed, email [email protected] and we'll delete everything within 30 days (GDPR Article 17).
