AmAzE Uptime automatically checks the SSL/TLS certificate on every HTTPS monitor and emails you before it expires. You set the threshold - anywhere from 1 to 90 days in advance - and we send an alert in time to renew. An expired SSL certificate causes immediate browser security warnings and kills trust; this feature prevents that entirely.

Yes. Pro and Max plans include two types of status pages:

Global status page - a branded page at uptime.amaze-apps.com/status/your-slug showing all your public monitors. Share it with customers so they can check service health themselves instead of filing support tickets.

Per-monitor status page - each monitor can have its own private page with a randomly generated, unguessable URL. Perfect for sharing the status of a single service with a specific client without exposing your full dashboard.

Webhooks are real-time HTTP POST requests that AmAzE Uptime sends to a URL you choose the moment a monitor event fires - down, recovered, SSL expiring, or SSL error. Each request is signed with an HMAC-SHA256 signature (header: X-Amaze-Signature) so you can verify it genuinely came from us.

Max plan users can configure up to 10 webhook endpoints and choose which events each endpoint listens to. Use them to post messages to Slack, trigger PagerDuty incidents, update an internal dashboard, or fire any other automation.

Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel from your profile page at any time and your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period. Your account and monitoring history remain accessible on the free tier.

A public status page is a URL you share with customers showing the real-time operational status of your services. Instead of emailing you to ask "is your site down?", they check the page themselves.

AmAzE Uptime provides two types: a global status page listing all your public monitors at a custom URL (e.g. /status/your-brand), and per-monitor pages with a randomly generated private URL - useful for sharing a single service's status with a specific client.

An uptime monitor sends HTTP requests to your website or API endpoint at regular intervals from an external server - completely outside your own infrastructure. If your server does not respond with a successful status code (2xx), or does not respond at all within the configured timeout, AmAzE Uptime records an incident and sends you an alert.

Yes - natively. AmAzE Security B.V. is a Dutch company incorporated in the Netherlands, so EU law applies to all data processing by default, not as a policy choice. Your data never leaves the EU, is never sold, and is never used for advertising.

Yes. Every check is sent with browser-like HTTP headers - a real Chrome User-Agent, Accept, and Accept-Language headers - so Cloudflare's basic bot detection does not flag the monitor as a crawler.

For sites with stricter Cloudflare settings (Bot Fight Mode, custom WAF rules), each monitor has a configurable "Also treat as up" field where you can specify status codes that should count as healthy - for example, 403 if Cloudflare returns that to automated clients but your site is actually running fine.

Yes, via webhooks (Max plan). Point a webhook endpoint at your Slack or Teams incoming webhook URL and AmAzE Uptime will POST a signed JSON payload the instant a monitor goes down or recovers.

The same approach works for Discord, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Zapier, Make, or any custom endpoint - anything that accepts an HTTP POST request. Each payload is HMAC-SHA256 signed so your endpoint can verify it's genuine before acting on it.

All data is stored and processed in the EU. AmAzE Security B.V. is incorporated in the Netherlands and subject to Dutch and EU law. We use EU-based infrastructure and EU-certified third-party processors. There are no US data transfers, no US sub-processors, and no data sold to third parties.

AmAzE Uptime is currently a single-user account - all monitors and alerts belong to one login. For agencies managing multiple clients, the Max plan (100 monitors, €20/month) provides enough capacity for all clients from one account. Per-monitor private status pages let you share each client's status individually without exposing your full dashboard.

When you cancel a paid plan, your account drops to the free tier - nothing is deleted. Your monitoring history, incident logs, and settings remain intact. If you want your account and all data permanently deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove everything within 30 days in accordance with GDPR Article 17 (right to erasure).
